We left Gettysburg, PA and the Drummer Bog Camping Resort day before yesterday. It was only a 4 hour drive down to Williamsburg, VA but my nerves were shot due to the traffic and construction through the Washington DC area. We have never been to this part of the country, so we thought [...]  We made it Gettysburg a few days ago and are camping at Drummer Boy Camping Resort. This is the same place where we stayed last year when we came up to visit with our son and his family. The campground is about a 45 minute drive down to Westminister, MD where our son [...] We got underway for our trip to Maryland yesterday. We haven’t been down I-10 in several years due to all the road work that has been going on for what seems like forever. The road has a reputation of being on of the ruffest in the area.
