Caramel Popcorn

Pop 3/4 cup raw popcorn or 2 bags of Microwave Popcorn. Set aside.

Bring to boil:
1 stick of butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup syrup (Dark Karo, Aunt Jemima, or Log Cabin)

Remove and add 2 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp. salt. Pour popcorn in flat cookie sheet or 2 large pans with sides. Pour syrup over popcorn and bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every fifteen mintes. You can half this recipe.
