Baked Potato Chips
2 large russet potatoes, Washed and unpeeled
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preheat oven to 400

. Slice potatoes into 1/8 inch thick rounds.
Combine potatoes, oil, thyme, rosemary, and garlic salt in a large bowl. Toss to coat with oil.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet.
Bake until potatoes begin to turn brown on bottom, about 15 minutes. Turn over and continue to bake until brown and crisp, about 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings
