Quail Springs RV Park is located in Uvalde, Texas on Highway 90. Coming from San Antonio, Texas you will pass a Walmart on the right. The campground is about a half mile down on the left. Coming from the north on Highway 83, take a left on Highway 90 and go about 2 miles and the park will be on the right. The park is on Highway 90, so it is hard to miss. The park has good paved interior roads that are in good condition. There is plenty of shade in the park provided by a lot of old Live Oak trees. There are 83 sites available with 30/50 amp connections. Thirty two of the sites are pull throughs and the remainder are backins. All sites have water and sewer available. Picnic tables are at each site and each site has cable TV connections. There is one main building that has the office, laundry facility, restrooms/showers and a large enclosed recreation hall with a kitchen. In the office area there is a divider that forms a sitting area with a few tables and library of books. There is also a small area upstairs with a pingpong table. There are a couple of horseshoe pits for those who like to pitch horseshoes. This is a nice RV park that is well maintained and landscaped. It is a quiet park and does not have a swiming pool or a play area for kids. However, with the nice enclosed recreation hall and kithcen, it makes for a good place for groups to hold rallies or other group functions. We have stayed at this park at least four times. Our reason for going to Uvalde is for bird hunting in the fall of the year. Whatever your reason for going, this is a nice campground at which to stay.
