This is a very nice, neat and clean campground that is located in a wooded setting. They have a small private lake stocked with several varieties of fish, however, it is a catch and release lake. The lake has a fountain in the middle and has lights around the lake for a very nice effect at night. Paddle boats are also avialable. If you need a larger lake, the campground is a short drive to Lake Conroe where you can find water sports and good fishing. For those looking for a place to have a rally, the campground has a house that has been converted to a clubhouse for group activities. According to the owner, they have plans for adding some additonal sites and other campground enhancements. The campground is in a quite setting but you are very close to Conoe, Texas or The Woodlands, Texas where you can find everything your need from medical facilites, to shopping, restaurants galore, some great golfing and entertainment.
