Gasconade Hills is located in Richland, Missouri on the banks of the Gasconade River. Traveling down I-44 take exit 145 to SR-133. Go south to AB and take a left. Go one block to Spring Road and turn right. Go 1 mile to campground. Spring road to the campground is fairly narrow in places so be careful for oncoming vehicles. The interior roads are gravel and in fairly good shape. The RV sites are gravel and grass. There are a lot of trees but not all site have shade. There are only 29 RV sites. Ten of the sites are pull thrus and 19 are backins. Eleven sites are water and electric only. Five sites have 30/50 amp the others are 30 amp only. Each site has a picnic table. There are 15 rental units available. There are a lot of tent sites and three grounp sites. Amenities
Store and game room This is a very rustic campground in a country setting on the river. The most popular activity here is canoeing on the Gasconade River. The campground has many canoes for rent and they provide transportation to a spot upriver for canoeing down river. Fishing is reported to be very good on the river. The campground is open all year.
