This is a very rustic campground in a country setting on the river.  The most popular activity here is canoeing on the Gasconade River.  The campground has many canoes for rent and they provide transportation to a spot upriver for canoeing down river.  Fishing is reported to be very good on the river.  The campground is open all year.
