Baton Rouge KOA The Baton Rouge KOA is located about 7 miles east of Baton Rouge in Denham Springs, LA. They are just off of Interstate 12. Take exit 10 (LA SH 3002/South Range Ave) and go south to Vincent Road/LA SH 1034. Turn right and follow road around to campground on the left. The access road to the campground is paved and in good condition. The interior roads are a combination of paved and gravel. The paved roads have been patched some so they are a little rough. There are 104 full hook up sites with 30/50 amp electric service. Ninety two of the sites are pull thrus. Seventy nine are paved with concrete pads. The remaining are gravel. There are picnic tables at each site. There are two tent sites and four rentals. Amenities
Very nice swimming pool, deck and hot tub This KOA campground has very easy access from I-12 so it makes a nice place for an overnight stay while traveling. The front part of the campground appears to be the place where they park the overnight travelers while the back part of the campground is for long term residents. The sites vary in size with some of them being fairly small and close together. The campground is mostly shaded with nice trees. The staff was very friendly and the campground is very clean and well kept.
