Famil - E - Fun Campground

Famil - E- Fun Campground is located about 3 miles east of Mitchell, SD just off Interstate 90.  Traveling east on Interstate 90 take exit 325 and turn right at stop sign.  Go about .2 mile to campground on the right.  Traveling west on Interstate 90 take exit 325 and turn left and go about .3 mile to campground on the right.  As of this writing, myGPS wanted to take me north of Interstate 90, which is not correct.

The interior roads of the campground are gravel but in good shape.  There are 62 full hookup RV sites with 30/50 amp electricity.  Thirty nine of the sites are pull thrus with the remainder being backins.  Each site has a picnic table.  There are 15 tent sites and one rental unit.  There is no cable TV but you can receive some over the air channels with digital TV.

This campground is located in a quiet country setting.  All of the sites have large mature shade trees.  Eventhough it is close to the interstate, there was very little road noise.  Because it is convenient to Interstate 90, it makes for a nice overnight campground.  The campground was very clean and well kept.  The campground is open Apr 1 to Nov 1.
