Gettysburg Battlefield KOA is located west of Gettysburg on Knox Road.  From the intersection of Highway 15 and Highway 30 go 3 miles west on Highway 30 to Knoxlyn Road.  Go 2.5 miles to Orrtanna Road and turn right to Knox Road on the left.  There are KOA signs pointing the way.

The roads to the campground are paved but the interior roads are gravel and are in good condition.  There are a total of 74 RV sites.  Eighteen of the sites are water and electric only.  The other 56 sites are full hookups with sewer.  Fourteen of the sites are pull thrus.  There are 15 tent sites and 27 rental units.  Picnic tables are available at the sites.

This is a very nice campground located in a country setting.  There are a lot of trees providing shade and it is very quite.  We did not stay at this campground but spent time inspecting the facilities.
