Ramblin' Pines Family Campground and RV Park

Ramblin' Pines Family Campground and RV Park is located in Woodbine, MD.  Woodbine is just off Interstate 70.  The campground is about 30 minutes from Baltimore, MD and about 45 minutes from Washington, DC.  To get to the campground from Interstate 70, take exit 76 and go north on Highway 97 to Hoods Mill Road.  Turn left and go about .5 mile to the campground on the left.  You can also take exit 73 and go north on Highway 94 to Hoods Mill Road.  Turn right and go about 2.5 mile to the campground on the right.  Exit 76 is the easier of the two routes.

The roads to the campground are paved and the interior roads are also paved and in good condition.  There are about 200 RV sites 12 tent sites and 8 rental units.  There are 190 full hookups with 30/50 amp electricity.  Each site has a picnic table, fire ring and most of the sites have shade trees.  There are 12 pull thrus and all sites are gravel.

This is a very nice campground located in a quiet country setting.  The campground is very kid friendly and therefore a great place to bring the kids camping.  The campground is close enough to Washington, DC and Baltimore that you could plan a day trip into town.  The campground is open all year but some activities are closed during the winter months.
