Back to Medina and The Farm Country RV Park

We are back in Medina at The Farm Country RV Park where we have our camper parked. This is such a nice and peaceful campground. It is located in the Texas Hill Country west of San Antonio, Texas. We will be here for Thanksgiving with one of our daughters and her family. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and we will be able to have our dinner outside. We were here for Thanksgiving two years ago and had a big problem with the bees. They wanted to join us for dinner so we had to retreat into the camper. So far we haven’t seen any of the little guys this time. We are hoping that they will not show up.

This campground is ajacent to The Farm Country Club which is owned by Homer and Cathy Stevens. The Stevens have a ranch where all of this is located. Not only do they have farm animals but they have a large pavilion where they hold special events, such a company picnics, weddings and an anual Christmas party. The Christmas party is this coming Saturday and will feature the “Almost Pasty Cline” band.

I hope that all of you will have a very happy Thanksgiving. The pictures that follow are were taken here on the ranch property.
